Summary
Provides steps to enable MIS Sync with Integris for your Unify establishment.
Procedure
Sign into RM Unify as an RM Unify administrator.
Click MIS Sync Settings.
Step 1, under 'Select MIS Sync mode', select either 'Link mode' or 'Create mode'.
Under 'My MIS provider is', click Integris.
Click Save.
Step 2, 'Review username formats', by reviewing the examples provided for Student, Teaching Staff, and Non-Teaching Staff accounts, or click the 'Change username formats' button.
Step 3, RM Unify is set up to use Integris Datashare, so you can grant access by logging on to Integris, Modules, System Management, Integris Datashare. For more information, please see the online help at: Setting up Integris Datashare (integris-education.com).
More Information
The scheduled daily data sync between Integris and RM Unify takes place every evening. Manual syncs (of changes to the data since the last sync, aka 'deltas') can be performed by an RM Unify admin via the Management Console: https://launchpad.rmunify.com/ManagementConsole/UserManagementDashboard
