Forgotten your PLESK Domain/FTP password?

Procedure

 If you have forgotten to your Domain Admin password:

  1. On the logon page of PLESK, click 'Forgot your password?'.
  2. A new page will be displayed which will display two fields - Login and Email.
  3. Type the logon name and email address you registered with the system and click OK.
  4. The password will be emailed to you. 

If you have forgotten your domain FTP password:

  1. Log on as the domain administrator and click the setup icon.
  2. In the New FTP Password and Confirm Password fields, type the new password and click OK.
  3. Your new FTP password is ready to be used.
