You are federating Google Workspace to RM Unify but after entering the access code and clicking Next, the error below is displayed:
"An unexpected error occurred while connecting your Google Workspace domain to RM Unify. Please wait a few moments then go back and try again".
You try again but get the same error.
Cause
This error occurs if one or more of your existing Google Workspace user accounts has no value for first and/or last name.
Procedure
To check if first or last name is missing
Log on to the Google Admin console as a Google Workspace administrator.
Click Users.
Click 'Download users' and then Download.
In the downloaded spreadsheet, apply a filter to the 'First name' column.
Find any users with '(blank)' or no first name and make a note of their email address.
Remove the filter.
Apply a filter to the 'Last name' column.
Find any users with '(blank)' or no last name and make a note of their email address.
Return to the Google Admin Console, Users.
For each user with a missing value, select the user to edit.
Click Update User.
Add a value for first and/or last name.
Click Update User.
