Requirements

Prior to submitting a DNS change request you will need to know the IP address or hostname that the record is required to resolve to.

Procedure

You will need to log a support call with RM stating the new/existing hostname to be added/updated within your IFL hosted DNS domain. You will need to also supply the IP address or hostname that the new/existing hostname needs to resolve to. You can either log a call online at www.rm.com/support or by calling RM Support on 0845 404 0000.
