Symptoms

This article is intended to help you find the contact details for third party product warranty issues. This includes products that are resold by RM, generally under a manufacturer brand name, e.g. HP, along with some RM-branded products where the warranty is provided by a third party. It does not cover warranty for RM's own PCs, notebooks, tablets or servers which are covered separately in the Knowledge Library.

Some manufacturers can be contacted directly, whereas others require the contact to be made via RM. The table below lists all manufacturers that you should contact directly, along with their contact details.
