1. Download the Groupcall Xporter installer from DWN4153727 in the Other Useful Articles section below.
2. Run the Groupcall Xporter installer, following the installation instructions in DWN4153727.
3. In the Select MIS window, click the WCBS PASS radio button and click Next.
4. Continue through the installation wizard until you reach the MIS Connection Settings window.

5. In the SQL Server and Database fields, enter the server and database location to access WCBS.
6. In the User Name and Password fields, enter the specific SQL user account to connect to the WCBS database.
7. In the School Id field, type the WCBS school ID.
8. Click Next.

9. In the Local Authority Code (UK should be NNN) field, enter the three digit DfE code for the establishment's local authority.
10. In the Establishment Code (UK should be NNNN) field, enter the four digit DfE code for the establishment.
11. In the School Name field, enter the name of the establishment.
12. Click Next to save the details and finish the installation.

Groupcall Xporter reads the Occupation field in PASS, and if the field contains the word\string teacher then the user is considered a Teaching Staff user, and is given that role in RM Unify and all connected apps.

If the field contains anything other than teacher, e.g. Head of Year 7 etc., even if that user is actually a teacher in school, then they will be given the Non Teaching Staff role.
