Symptoms

You are installing the Arbor Finance tile from the RM Unify App Library and you get the following error message:

"External licences aren't supported for this app"

Cause

This happens when you select an incorrect option when installing the Arbor Finance tile.


Procedure

To correctly install the Arbor Finance app, please follow the procedure below:

  1. On the 'Match existing Arbor Finance accounts' page, click the 'No, I've not already created accounts in Arbor Finance or don't want my RM Unify users linked to them' radio button.
    Note: This appears counter-intuitive but is the correct option to select when reinstalling the tile.

  1. On the next screen, tick the box to agree to the privacy statement for the app.
  2. Tick Select All - this installs the app for all the available roles but does not make it visible to users.
  3. Select which Launch Pads the Arbor Finance app should appear on by ticking the boxes next to the required roles.
  4. Click Save.


Checks

Navigate back to your Launch Pad to view the Arbor Finance tile.
