To give users permission to access Standard Report Builders

If you have permission to do so, you can enable different security groups of users to run different Standard Report Builders.

1. In the left-hand pane, click Administration.

2. In the right-hand pane, next to Permissions, click Edit.

3. In the Permissions window, from the Groups list, select a security group of users. Tick the Show All Groups box to display the complete list.

4. Click the Reports tab and tick the boxes as required to enable the group to run the different types of Report Builder listed. Ticking one box in the tree view will automatically tick all those below it in the hierarchy.

5. Edit the number of days displayed in the Report Lifetime box to change the length of time Reports are displayed in RM Auditor before they expire and can be purged from the database.

• If the user for whom you have changed permissions is logged on at the time of the change, they must log back onto RM Auditor in order to activate the changes. To do this quickly and easily, they should click the Internet Explorer Refresh button (not the RM Auditor Refresh button).
