Allowing or preventing Internet access for a location

You can set up a location so that computers within the location are either allowed to access the Internet, or prevented from doing so.

To allow or prevent Internet access for a location

From the left-hand pane, expand Locations.
From the left-hand pane, right-click the required location and from the menu, choose Properties.
On the General tab, do one of the following:

To allow Internet access, tick the 'Enable Internet access...' box.
To prevent Internet access, clear the 'Enable Internet access...' box.

Click OK.

Notes

Internet access is subject to the controls set up in the Internet Access option. For further information, refer to Internet Access Help.
If Internet access is disabled for a location but enabled for a computer within that location (or vice versa), the setting for the computer takes precedence.
Location properties are also available for a selected location by choosing in the toolbar, or from the File menu choose Properties.
