Adding printer credits to a user's balance

It is possible to automatically allocate printer credits to users. However, there may be a need to add additional printer credits to a user's balance, for example if they need to print a large document and have insufficient printer credits.

To add printer credits to a user's balance

  1. From the left-hand pane, expand Picture of the Users icon Users and choose All Users.

  2. From the right-hand pane, right-click the user and from the menu, choose Add Printer Credits.

  3. Select the number of credits to add and then click OK.

Notes

  • You can use the same process to add printer credits to multiple users. In step 2 choose all of the required users.

  • Add Printer Credits is also available from the Tasks menu, Users, Add Printer Credits.
