Printer Credits > Add printer credits to a user's balance
It is possible to automatically allocate printer credits to users. However, there may be a need to add additional printer credits to a user's balance, for example if they need to print a large document and have insufficient printer credits.
From the left-hand pane, expand Users and choose All Users.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the user and from the menu, choose Add Printer Credits.
Select the number of credits to add and then click OK.
