Enabling or disabling printer credits for an establishment

If you wish to use printer credits, they must be enabled for the establishment. You can then specify which printers within the establishment are monitored. However, if you do not wish to use printer credits, you can disable it for the establishment. When printer credits are disabled, all printer credits information is removed from the RM Management Console.

To enable printer credits for an establishment

  1. From the left-hand pane, right-click the establishment name and from the menu choose Properties.

  2. Choose the Printer Credits tab.

  3. Tick the 'Enable printer credits' box and then click OK.

To disable printer credits for an establishment

  1. From the left-hand pane, right-click the establishment name and from the menu choose Properties.

  2. Choose the Printer Credits tab.

  3. Clear 'Enable printer credits' and then click OK.

Note

  • Establishment properties are also available by selecting the establishment name and choosing Picture of the Properties button in the toolbar, or from the File menu choosing Properties.
