RM Management Console > Search > Save a search as a smart-list
Saving your search results as a smart-list provides easy access to frequently-referenced data. When you access the smart-list the search is regenerated, providing access to the latest information.
Having carried out a search, a Search Results tree option appears in the left-hand pane.
From the left-hand pane, right-click Search Results and, from the menu, choose 'Save as Smart-List'.
Type a name for the smart-list.
Select a location for the list.
To allow other users to access your list, tick the 'Make Smart-List public' box.
Click OK.
The list is added to the left-hand pane in the selected location.
