Deleting a security group

To delete a security group

From the left-hand pane, expand Security Groups, and then choose All Groups.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the security group you want to delete and, from the menu, choose Delete.
When the security group is linked to a list, click the Yes button if you want to continue with the deletion. The name of the group is removed from the list in the right-hand pane.

Notes

You can use the same process to delete multiple groups. First, select all of the security groups that you want to delete.
When the security group is associated with any resources, a warning message is displayed.
Click the Yes button if you want to continue with the deletion; it does not delete the resources but only removes the group from being associated with the resource.
When the security group is linked to a list, deleting the security group also deletes the list.
To delete a selected security group, you can also choose in the toolbar or, from the File menu, choose Delete.
