Users > Reset a user's profile
A user profile is a set of files used by Windows to provide the user's desktop when they log on to a computer in the network. Occasionally, a user's profile can become corrupted by programs. Should this happen, you can fix the problem by resetting a user's profile to return the profile to its default state.
From the left-hand pane, expand Users and choose All Users.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the user and, from the menu, choose Reset Profile.
To confirm the reset, click Yes.
A check is carried out to ensure all the appropriate folders and files are present for the user's account, and any that are missing or corrupt are restored or replaced.
