When you clone a single user this user inherits all the properties of the original user. For example, cloning a user from a user list creates the new user of the same type, whereas cloning a user from a server folder creates the new user in the same server folder. This saves time over creating a single user from scratch.
From the left-hand pane, expand Users and choose All Users.
To find the user you want to clone, from the left-hand pane select the appropriate user list.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the user and from the menu, choose Clone.
Type a username. This will be the user's logon name and must be unique across your establishment.
Optionally, to be able to edit the new user's properties immediately, tick the 'Edit immediately' box.
Click OK.
When you have ticked the 'Edit immediately' box in step 5, the User Properties window for the new user is displayed.
