Deleting a user folder

Deleting a user folder deletes the user folder and all of the user folders in it. It may take some time to delete a large folder. Before deleting a user folder, ensure that it contains no users.

To delete a user folder

  1. From the left-hand pane, expand Picture of the Users icon Users, expand Picture of a user folder icon  User Servers, expand the appropriate Picture of a server icon server, and then choose the user folder you want to delete. You may need to click further folders in the left-hand pane to display the user folder you require.

  2. In the left-hand pane, right-click the user folder you want to delete, and from the menu choose Delete Folder.

  3. To confirm, click the Yes button.

Notes

  • You cannot delete any of the top-level folders supplied by RM.

  • You cannot delete a user folder containing users; it will fail.

  • To delete a selected user folder, you can also choose Picture of the Delete button in the toolbar or, from the File menu, choose Delete.
