Note
You can import a package from the RM Management Console Start page. Click the Software icon
and from the list of tasks, select 'Import a package'.
If you have already created packages for a different network or a previous version of Community Connect, you can import them into the RM Management Console. You can choose to import the following package types:
Packages created with Community Connect 4.
Packages created with Community Connect 3.
Important note: RMMC will import the MSI file and all the files and folders alongside it, so please make sure that the MSI file is in a folder that only contains the required files.
From the File menu, choose Import, Package.
Select the package type.
Click the Browse button, and do one of the following:
If you have selected a Community Connect 4 package, browse to and select the XML file for the package.
If you have selected a Community Connect 3 package, browse to and select the INI file for the package.
To view the properties of the package after it has been imported, tick the 'Show package properties after importing' box.
Click OK.
