Printer Credits > Automatically allocate printer credits
You can choose to automatically allocate a number of printer credits to a user over a defined period, for example every week or month.
From the left-hand pane expand Users
and choose All Users.
From the right-hand pane, right-click the user and from the menu, choose Properties.
Choose the Printer Credits tab.
Select 'Automatically allocate printer credits', and from the drop-down list select the auto-allocation.
Click OK.
